Hygiene concept

In order to enable you to have an unforgettable evening during this unusual time of the Covid-19 pandemic, you will find our specially developed hygiene concept here.

The measures of the hygiene concept serve to protect all guests as well as artists, employees and external persons during their visit to the Palmengarten Society House.

To rebook your tickets for the period spring, September and October 2020, or to issue a voucher for the amount of your previously purchased tickets, please write to us at info@tigerpalast.de.

At the Tigerpalast there is no predetermined dresscode. We recommend you to dress "smart casual", just appropriate for the occasion of your event. But the main thing is that you feel comfortable.

For the variety show we welcome children from 6 years and for dinner in our restaurants from the age of 12 years. We do not offer children's menus.

We kindly ask you not to bring dogs or other pets along. And please avoid taking photos during the show due to safety reasons as this might disturb our artists.

In our variety hall and the restaurants smoking is not allowed.
