Robert Mangold currently leads the Tiger and Palmen Group as managing director. This group includes not only the Tigerpalast, but also the renowned Gesellschaftshaus Palmengarten, the 2-star restaurant Lafleur, and the Caféhaus Siesmayer in the Palmengarten.
Margareta Dillinger, the artistic director of the Tigerpalast, draws year after year from European circus festivals and a global network of artists. With her keen eye for exceptional talent, she brings the best artists from all over the world to the stage of the Tigerpalast.
Johnny Klinke serves as the director and host of the Tigerpalast Variety Theater and has been, for more than 25 years, the spokesperson for the jury of the most important competition for up-and-coming performers, the EUROPEAN YOUTH CIRCUS in Wiesbaden.

Our restaurant manager leads the service team in our restaurants with elegance and expertise to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable experience.

Stage Manager
Drawing on years of experience, our usher unerringly guides all guests to their seats in the variety theater. Not only does he skillfully arrange the seating, but he also orchestrates the charming dining service during the Tigerpalast Revue.
Kristin Duffner has been with the Tigerpalast for many years. Since the 2023/24 anniversary season, as Head of Stage Operations, she has been responsible for the preparation and follow-up of our show in close collaboration with the artistic director, the performers and the lighting and sound technicians.
