Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Tickets for Up to 8 People at the Tigerpalast Varieté Theater

  1. A ticket is purchased by making a reservation by phone and paying for the ticket via credit card, bank transfer, redemption of a gift certificate, or payment and pickup on-site at the Tigerpalast box office.
    2. Seats together are only available when tickets are purchased at the same time and up to 30 minutes before the performance begins. Seats are not assigned.
    3. No liability for property damage or personal injury.
    4. Tickets may be refunded only if the show is canceled, up to 2 weeks after the start of the event. The ticket becomes invalid upon leaving the variety theater.
    5. Bringing glass containers, cans, pyrotechnic items, or weapons is prohibited. Audio, film, and video recordings, even for private use, are prohibited. Violations will be prosecuted.
    6. Tickets may be rebooked at Tigerplast up to 8 days before the event date for an exchange fee of 20% of the ticket price of the respective booked price category, excluding discounted tickets, tickets at special prices, and tickets for special events.
    7. Vouchers and tickets cannot be redeemed for cash.
    8. The organizer’s hygiene and social distancing regulations must be followed.
    9. When booking a discounted ticket or package, proof of eligibility must be presented upon request on the day of the event. If eligibility for the discount is not met, the difference between the discounted price and the regular price must be paid.
    10. Admission to the Tigerpalast is subject to the access regulations in effect at the time of the event. Please have the required documentation ready when entering the Tigerpalast Varieté Theater, or provide it to your guests so they can present it on the evening of the event. Otherwise, we cannot grant you access and your reservation will be forfeited without compensation. Subject to change in accordance with current regulations.
    11. If the admission requirements are not met, no claim for compensation may be made against the Tigerpalast Varieté Theater in the form of a cash payment, rescheduling, or refund.

Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Tickets at the Tigerpalast Varieté Theater

  1. Tickets are purchased by booking over the phone and paying for them via credit card, bank transfer, redemption of a gift certificate, or by paying and picking them up in person at the Tigerpalast ticket office.
  2.  Adjacent seats are available only when tickets are purchased together and up to 30 minutes before the performance begins. Seating is not first-come, first-served.
  3. No liability for property damage or personal injury.
  4. Tickets may be refunded only if the show is canceled, up to 2 weeks after the event begins. Once you leave the variety show, the ticket is no longer valid.
  5. Bringing glass containers, cans, pyrotechnic devices, and weapons onto the premises is prohibited. Audio, film, and video recordings—even for personal use—are prohibited. Violations will be prosecuted.
  6. Tickets can be rebooked at Tigerplast up to 8 days before the event date for a change fee of 20% of the ticket price in the respective price category, with the exception of discounted tickets, tickets at special prices, and tickets for special events.
  7. Vouchers and tickets cannot be redeemed for cash.
  8. The organizer's hygiene and social distancing guidelines must be followed.
  9. The person making the reservation agrees to provide the event organizer, upon request, with information and proof regarding the guests participating in the reservation, confirming that none of the participating guests are experiencing symptoms such as a cough, sore throat, and/or fever at the time of the event.
  10. If, after the event, any of the participants booked by the person making the reservation is diagnosed with COVID-19, this must be reported immediately to the event organizer and the public health department.
  11. Admission to the Tigerpalast is subject to the access regulations in effect at the time of the event. If necessary, please have the required documentation ready when entering the Tigerpalast Varieté Theater, or provide it to your guests so they can present it on the evening of the event. Otherwise, we cannot grant you admission, and your reservation will be canceled without compensation. Subject to change in accordance with current regulations.
